Studio Terms & Policies

Welcome to our studio. We aim to provide a welcoming, safe and respectful environment for all members. Please take a moment to review our studio policies below:

1. Bookings

• All classes require a booking in advance to secure your place.

• Bookings can be made via our online booking system or by contacting the studio directly.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will incur the full class fee.

• No-shows without prior cancellation will also be charged the full class fee.

• If you cannot attend your class, please cancel your booking as soon as possible to allow others to take your spot.

3. Child-Friendly Classes

• Please be aware that only classes specifically marked as child-friendly permit children in the studio.

• For all other classes, children are not permitted in the studio to maintain a safe and focused environment.

4. Arrival Time

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class to allow time to settle in and start on time.

• Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the class has begun.

5. General Etiquette

• Respect the space and other participants at all times.

• Follow instructor guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
